I have purchased a ring for my wife 4 weeks ago. The ring needed resizing it was stated on the purchase receipt it would be finished in 14 days from the date of purchase. It has now been 28 days and I have not received any phone calls or a progress update as to when the resize will be completed .I have rang the Geelong store twice, only for the sales person to tell me the ring is not finished , with no update as to when it may be completed.

I purchased my fiance's engagement ring from Charles Rose in Geelong earlier this year. We were very impressed with the range and commitment shown by the staff. We were also very impressed with the prices offered as we were expecting them to be quite high. We will be returning for our wedding bands early next year.

Absolutely happy with our engagement ring! Beautiful variety of rings (even better than Charles Rose in Melbourne, l believe). Welcoming and professional staff. Also reasonably priced and would prefer Charles Rose anytime over Cartier or VCA. If there would be 100 stars, l would give 100/ 100.

Charles Rose went above with my engagement ring. My partner picked a diamond from the store and then Charles Rose gave him the freedom to propose with this ring then bring it back in store and make a custom band. Peter is a beyond talented jeweller and the experience with him was very enjoyable. I highly recommend the team at Charles Rose.

Absolutely amazing customer customer service from Cornelis and the team! They were extremely helpful and diligent throughout the entire process of my partner purchasing the ring. Resizing was done within a matter of a couple days and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
