Dr Grant Scott Heidelberg

I just had an appointment with Dr Grant Scott and even though I had to wait 1 hour I would like to say that the receptionists were very friendly and nice to me while I waited, even offering me a hot drink and letting me know where the amenities were. I have read other negative reviews about this practice and think that people need to have patience, many medical practitioners are under a lot of stress and appointments run over time and we all may have to wait. Dr Scott was most apologetic, as his receptionist team were too. When you have to wait a while, remember these doctors also have to write up patient reports and spend all time necessary with other patients which will add to waiting times. Your wait means your doctor is being very thorough in the care of others and you too! Dr Scott and his reception team get a five star review from me because I have many medical ailments and have had many long waiting times with others and we all just need to be patient and also grateful that we have excellent medical help available here in Australia.
