Called in last week to purchase tiles and was asked to fill out a form for marketing purposes, I said no thanks" to my horror she said "well you can't come in then" so I left."

Classic Ceramics have supplied tiles for both private and architectural/client based projects over a number of years. Service, quality & product range have always been great!

Terrible! I notice the 2 people giving 5 stars on here are both employees of this business. No-one seems to know where your order is after you've paid for it and when it does arrive after waiting 3 months it's the wrong tile! (nothing they advertise is held in stock except the white tiles) Refund? Oh no they don't do refunds instead you have to go through months of hurdles. Avoid buying tiles from here.

There are more reliable tile suppliers out there

Saw beautiful tile designs when I visited the shop last week. The staff were also prompt to assist and help.

Great experience. The lovely lady who helped us was very insightful and knowledgeable. The look books she provided are so useful! Highly recommend!

This company is not for long term business relationship.They don’t tell you they charge 35% for return, even they tell you this policy, it is still way too much comparing to other companies.Their director will tell you their tiles ordered from Italy, so they have to charge you for returning. But if you ask another people from his company, they will tell you they have to charge you to ship back to Sydney.They tell that you they are going contact you for your problem, but they never, once your money has been taken, then, no then.No one telling truth in this company.Just a true story share to everyone.
