Absolutely ridiculous service since the rental property managers have changed over. The recent property manager at emerald is absolutely useless. Can not do her job. Failed to fix a gas leak. Did not have a house inspection for over 6 months. No care or communication between tennants. would not follow up on jobs she made for the property. Not only myself but many others have had plenty of issues with her service. while I rented the property. If u own a property and rent it through Adams and Jones I seriously suggest you consider moving your property to another realestate as you deserve better service and bang for buck thhan what you are receiving. Also she is using the realestate to gain work for her husband's landscaping business. So not only is she getting her salary but also gaining 100 percent proceeds from her husband's business. I've rentedwith Adam and Jones for over 3 years and never have I once received appalling service. Even when I argued with the property managers on certain topics. It was always professional and business as usual. Now you don't get any service justpire disgusting service for both tenant and property owner
