I would like to congratulate Amanda for exceptional customer service this morning. So rare to be able to talk to someone who has local knowledge and a desire, and ability to sort a situation out!! A pleasure to talk with her, and get off the phone (after no waiting time) feeling confident that the job would be done. Thank you.

Update - my account has finally been credited! I have been charged for a delivery that didn’t happen. Despite numerous phone calls my account has still not been credited. Not happy- gas is so expensive I don’t need to be charged for it if I don’t get it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!they hate their customers and provide no service. Had to call 3 times, arranged delivery for 18/5 and didn’t come. On checking they booked my delivery 16/8???? Then told me to call back Monday. -5 degrees and no heating. They could not care less. Worst service ever.

Choose ANY OTHER supplier!.My scheduled delivery was in September. No gas. Then it was late Nov. No gas. I had to buy a small cylinder. It is now empty. I have NO gas.This company is a joke ! Terrible communication. Not just bad service NO SERVICE ! They dont care about their customers so Ive dumped them like they dumped me !

Worst customer service ever! I was a client for 11 years and recently they changed drivers and it all fell apart, I received two text messages that they were going to make a gas delivery only to find out that the driver had issues with accessibility (so they say) , all he had to do was knock on the door but he didn't so no delivery was made nor was I called about the issue and I was two days out of running out of gas. I called multiple times and left messages with no response, I even called the manager with no call back. They obviously do not care about customer satisfaction or retention. I finally contacted Origin gas and they made it right, it use to be your only choice for gas was Elgas, but no more, and they will be losing business, they lost mine!

I'm a new customer to elgas & I couldn't possibly be happier!! From the office staff to the depot & delivery drivers. They went out of their way to deliver to me in a relatively remote area the same day as I called & put in an order after running out of gas. I can't thank them enough! Highly impressed!! Thanks to the whole team!!

Great service from this company. Working from home I ended up running out of gas. I used the order online app that is simple and quick to use. I rang the company who organised the delivery much quicker as I was completely out. The delivery came within a few days. Great service very helpful.

If I can I would have given them -5. Worst service....I ordered on 18 th August...it is showing it will get deliver on 22 August then 23 August and now 28 th August...I was completely out of the gas....customer service team very rude...they don't care...they are just like we can't do anything....

Incredibly poor since our local Queanbeyan / Canberra local office has closed. Won’t make any changes to delivery schedule if you are running low. Waiting for several weeks to have bottle filled now even past delivery schedule date. Used to be 5 star.

I signed up as a new customer ordered bottles. The delivery date came and went - no delivery, called no answer phone cut off after 8-10 minutes 8 times. Emailed as well. Finally got through and was told there was nothing I could do but accept they will deliver when they can (or when they get around to it). The attitude was one of “tough” so I cancelled effective immediately. Called an alternative supplier, they answered phone signed up and delivered next day. I would never recommend Elgas.
