Jaya did a quick turn around of the repair for a busted tail, but it wasn't sealed and I doubt water tight. He gave timings to meet for his pick up availability, and then when I indicated I was going to come he wasn't available when I visited (twice in the morning, we went to get a coffee at maroubra after being early, returned, and then again in the afternoon) despite within the given time frame. I was pretty disappointed; the price was very reasonable hence the second star, but beyond this I was kind of put off from returning in the future.

Highly recommendif you need your board fixed! Quick, good price and great customer service! So happy with my board! The repair was so smooth, I had a hole in my board and very satisfied with the repair. Replied straight away and was a very quick turn around time. Jaya very good at his job.

The owner has a terrible attitude - arrogant and rude (no people skills at all) - he is the kind of person who wants less people surfing / having fun. Why try to make someone feel bad for taking a board for repair? If anything he should be happy it is more business. Good repairs, terrible customer service.

Awesome job on the damage and super quick turn around, dropped it off in the morning after a surf and picked up the next morning to get in for another surf, definitely recommended

Customer service and communication could use a lot of improvement. Repair is just okay.EditJust read your response. Having another bad day are we? Taking it out on your customers again?Lolol, this is laughable. You deduce that I'm a racist from my constructive criticism from the service I received from you that day. English is obviously your second language if that's your interpretation. Potential customers will see what I had to deal with that day. You either have no confidence or a short temper. This is a disproportionate reaction from you via your interpretation of our conversation. How rude

It was pretty disappointed as I asked for a quote to replace a fin box and I was told it will have to be replaced for a new one and it would be pricey. So I was charged $130 for the service so when I got home and checked the repair carefully I found out the box wasn’t replaced he used the same old one. The repair is just ok, 5/10 in my opinion but it was on time tho.
