Shop opening hours on advertisement are incorrect. Called in on Thursday 930am an shop was closed call by phone at 1000am still closed.

Amazing knowledge for the starting reptile lover I bought the smaller blue tongue now known as Aladdin a month ago and when the big one baby girl was looking sick I was given the knowledge needed to help her get better

A very down to earth couple oozing with knowledge of reptiles! Nothing was too much bother for Fay and she showed us how to use and set up thermostats and heating and gave us the time to choose our baby beardy. Very happy with the friendly staff! Will happily return!

When i visited, the animals there seemed to be in decent condition, however I couldn't help but notice a cockroach infestation around the rabbit and Guinea Pig cages. I also noticed that when I got close to them they would scatter about and looked scared and uncomfortable which is a concern. Staff need to handle that as soon as possible because it is a health issue for the animals and a hygiene issue for the store.

New to reptiles. Staff spoke with me for an hour. Showed some baby snakes, went thru feeding handling etc. Didn't buy a thing but i sure will in the future. Animals all looked great too

Very lovely couple and very helpful. Spent an hour in their shop going through everything to help my daughter get organised for her bearded dragon.

Great very friendly staff very helpful all the birds and animals looked in good condition Cindy was so nice would recommend it to anyone looking for a bird rabbit or reptiles
