My wife and I have had both of our cars and tyres serviced here over the last two years. They are always thorough, professional, but never upsell. They strictly go by the vehicle log book and my car runs noticeably better when they are done. The pricing is fair and reasonable.

Very happy with car service. You get a summary of what's done , what needs to be done later . I felt it was an honest service!!

Of the 4 or so times I used these guys they have been fine until about April and again about a month ago.Had my car serviced in April, spent just under $600 for a full service for a small hatchback as it need belts and things replaced. Informed them of a knocking sound it had but still had it after the service. Took it back and they had it for a few hours and the boss said he couldn't find any knock in it so I had to go in the car with him and we both heard it. Anyway I left it and didn't book it back in. About two months ago my car started to break down at lights and busy intersections where I couldn't start it again and had to get out and push it off the road. This happened over and over for a couple weeks. So took it in there for them to have a look(as I have always used them for this car). Mick had it for a whole week and still came to the conclusion that nothing was found to be faulty AND their computer diagnosis returned no codes or anything.. So then Mick's only GUESS and last SUSPICION was the fuel pump and recommended replacing it. It was picked up afterwards and brought home by family as I was at work. I got home and went to start it and it would not start(this was after I spent $440 on a new fuel pump). I left it and started it again an hour later and it just managed to kick over and started. For the next week to two weeks, I had broken down about 6 times, again on busy main roads on way from home from work and intersections where I had to get out my car at peak traffic times to push it off the road. I'd rung Mick and told Mick of this. On Sunday 9th Sep I was on my way home, I stopped to buy some fruit on the side of the road, left the car running as I was worried it might not start up again, got back to the car and it had cut out AGAIN and would not start back up. I then pushed it right off the side of the road and a bloke stopped to help me(bless his soul) and he happened to be a mechanic. He had a quick look and suspected it could be a crank shaft sensor. He plugged his diagnosis device to my car and returned a code that it was the exactly what he suspected. He told me to take a photo to have proof to show Mick! I left my car there and was picked up so I went and bought the sensor for $55 and it took me under 10 minutes to replace it. My car hasn't skipped a beat since then.Prior to this I had booked my wife's car in for a service there so when I went back in to drop my wife's car I showed Mick the photo. His reply was the reason I decided to write this lengthy review(I have much better things to do). Mick said.. well at least you're not gonna break down again then

These Nancos are great... Jack, Mick and staff at Warners Bay Tyre & Mechanical were awesome to deal with. The kids were sad to see lightning McQueens tyres leave the shop after playing with them for a couple of weeks while I refinished the rims.
