Irina from Cambrian Yoga is a brilliant teacher! She is patient, super knowledgeable and she made starting out on my yoga journey as a novice really enjoyable and comfortable for me. She even tailored the exercises to target some back issues I have and I felt noticeably better after each session! Highly recommend! Minyo
