Diamond Party & Slumber hire

Contacted to enquire about booking a party. They couldn't answer the phone as they were driving, but responded via text. Said they received my online booking request and would most likely have availability and would get in touch first thing the following day.Didn't hear back so I tried to call a few times over a couple of days. All phone calls went unanswered and they didn't even bother returning my call.I think its terrible in the way you ignore your customers and give false hope on booking something! Wont ever consider you for future bookings and definitely will not recommend you to anyone! If I could give zero stars I would because you certainly dont deserve even one!

Such a special sleepover was created for my daughters tenth birthday last year. She, her guests and parents loved it! So much so afew parents have had their own through this company. They are so friendly, make it so easy and the presentation is a definite wow! The kids were so excited. We just booked our second slumber party through them as her little sister adored it so much she wants a special sleepover for her birthday too. Thanks again guys! Highly recommend
