DON'T ASSUME RECYCLING IS FREE.As an owner builder who tries to dispose of construction waste ethically, I found Corkhill Bros recycled gyprock. So I loaded up the truck and bought a load 40km into town only to be told at the office that the cost was a whopping *$88* a tonne to recycle - something they could have told me on the phone when I called during the week!?Furthermore, why would I pay that much when I can dump it at my local waste management facility as clean fill, for nothing.Poorly signposted and a massive waste of my time.Never again Corkhill Bros!

Great products, good advice, on time delivery. They lost a star for the few tonne of crushed brick" from them being littered with broken glass plus a few screws.... not good when it was for a parking area."

Very helpful sales and office staff. Happy to work together on product requirements and delivery. Very happy with the product supplied and the whole delivery process. Driver was prompt, polite and efficient. Very happy with my experience as a customer every time I have dealt with Corkhills.

My three bulka bags were delivered quickly and were perfectly positioned on my somewhat difficult driveway, even though I couldn't be present. The quality of the veggie soil mix is absolutely excellent, and I was amazed by how much is in each bulka bag (surely more than 1 cubic meter?!). Fantastic service and quality, many thanks especially to the admin team and delivery folk.

Bunch of cowboys. 3rd time I've asked for 1/4 cube and they've put 1/2 cube. First 2 times told it was 1/4 but weighed and charged over half on the weigh bridge. 3rd time told I can reduce it, agreed and got told I'd have to do it myself. Waste of time and money as now have to get rid of the excess. Won't be back.

Super easy to get landscaping supplies after taking our green waste for disposal. Service is straight forward and helpful, and the prices fair. Apparently they do click and collect now which would make it even easier. They're great for delivering larger quantities too, to save me from doing lots of runs to the tip. Definitely recommended.

Do not get washed sand for top dressing from here!Ordered a couple of cubic metres delivered of washed sand to top dress my lawn. Also picked up half a metre as I was just short. Spread it all out over about 400m2 of lawn. Rained the next day. All the small particles filtered down and exposed large pebbles everywhere. Talked to some lawn experts who told me something was wrong (I'm new to lawn care). Called Corkhill and they sent out a manager. He admitted that if they supplied this washed sand to a commercial client it would be turned away immediately. Might have been a contaminated pile. Got a full refund. Still have small stones across all my lawn. Not sure if the overseeding I plan to do will work or if any glass will survive when I mow or whipper snip next. Extra stars for their customer service and taking the issue seriously. Doesn't fix the 5mm+ stone problem I have though. There are 10mm+ stones there but not a lot.Recommend you check size of grains carefully before you accept delivery or pick up a load.Update: I've had a couple of people reach out to me saying they've had a similar experience to me with this washed sand recently. I'm dropping a star as I've tried twice now to get seed to germinate and failed; probably too rocky! My lawn is stuffed.

Website says opens 7 am. Came early to beat the rush. But analogue sign says 7:30 am . Hopefully this helps other early arrivals.

I've used Corkhill Bros multiple times over the past few years. Always had good quality products and friendly customer service. I highly recommend them.
