Tess and Pam are absolute magicians! I came to the salon with a Covid-trapped hair that looked like a mop and they transformed it like magic. They are very professional and explained what they were doing step by step. I had a haircut and highlights and it came out better than I can ever dream of. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone. Love them!

Very nice ladies to talk to while your hair is being done. Hair turned out lots of volume and beautifully coloured. Very natural. Highly recommend and will be back for more pampering.

Tess is very good She is an artist who knows what style suits your face. Also she advises how to manage the new hairstyle. The haircut is not meant to look good at the time at the salon only but easily recreated and managed after leaving the salon. I love coming in and she knows what I need. A true expert!

Tess has been colouring and cutting my hair for the past year. Unlike other hairdressers, Tess and her team do a fantastic job every single time - I am never disappointed with my cut or colour. Tess and her team are always well prepared, professional and so friendly, and I am in and out with no fuss. I love my hair, its so easy to manage and I love going to Vault because I know I will never be disappointed. I highly recommend Tess and her team!
