Dentistry at the Cross

Among one of the worst experiences i've ever had in the medical sector, and who would've thought it would be at a dentist in Sydney (i've travelled overseas in third world countries that have displayed more professionalism than this place). When i arrived the reception were stressed and under the pump, i kindly took a seat only to wait for the late dentist, i was kept waiting for over 40 minutes to see my dentist, they had no time for my concerns when I'd check up on the estimated wait. The dentist had me in and out and had no care for my concerns and told me not to worry" for almost everything i raised. I called a number of times to follow up and heard nothing and got no call backs. terrible place"

Ben Padley is an outstanding dentist. Professional, skilful and compassionate. Manages dental nerves extremely well. All concerns and questions are treated respectfully and responses are comprehensive and useful. He creates a safe, friendly and supportive environment and then does his magic. It’s changed my dental experiences for the better.The friendly and helpful Lois and the support team ensure all areas of interaction are friendly, supportive and helpful. Lois goes over and above in ensuring you secure an appointment in a timely manner, especially in an emergency or big issue and manages patient’s sense of urgency with best appointment options.Thank you team from me and the molars, you’re wonderful.

I found that Dentistry At The Cross was very welcoming very courteous supportive empathetic cheerful and listened and that is I commend Lois and Heidi and all the other Support staff who assisted Dr Wayne Sherson …As for Dr Wayne Sherson he was impressive courteous and treated me with dignity when it times I felt I had let myself down in the care of my teeth so good on you all.Keep up the great workAnd thank you muchly

Ben is a wonderful dentist. His attention to detail is exceptional and also shows great kindness and consideration when working with his clients. I would throughly recommend him. Hands down the best dental experience of my life. After a couple of dentists over two decades who either proposed or undertook work that was not required or overcharged for the work they did I feel I am finally in good hands. On time, professional, courteous, exacting and cost effective, I could not recommend Wayne Sherson and his team more highly. I saw Ben Padley likewise when Wayne was not available and he is also brilliant. Thanks also to Lois on reception for being equally professional and finding a place for me when I need one.
