NEARLY A YEAR AGO.. I ordered $350 worth of products from Hugh Charles clothing, I had to return them for a smaller size, got in touch with Steve for the return address he told me we’re to sent it so I sent it back … and that was the last thing I heard.I have text emailed called regarding my returned product waiting on my exchange. Nothing!! this is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they haven’t contacted me. I am so upset. I don’t know what else to do. $350 wasted.I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, I see so many similar cases.

I have the green checked shirt and it is the softest, most well made shirt I’ve ever seen. It is beautiful and hopefully will last a lifetime. I love it and recommend these to anyone that wants something that will last and look great over the years. Spend a bit more and buy once. Quality costs but is well worth it.

Had to get bank to refund my money via chargeback after Hugh Charles wouldn't refund for faulty product.Took 6 months.Terrible service. Ordered 4 shirts and a jacket over a couple of orders. Green shirt had defects with buttons. Steve was very approachable to secure sales, and offered a coupon to use, then a partial refund. Been almost six months, no refund given.Steve is unreachable via his mobile, and never responds to emails. I have approached the business politely over email, text, phone, and socials, and they will not respond.DO NOT BUY from here. Steve is on instagram promoting his business every day, but will not be there if there is any issue with your order. At $159 these shirts are not cheap, and the service is terrible. Check the reviews, it is not isolated.Promotes himself as a knock around bloke from the bush, a small business that looks after his customers, and the reality is he couldn't care less about customers.Also no ABN, fake business, and chinese made shirts. Not Aussie made.

I have been waiting on 2 shirts since September last year. I have tried to contact Hugh Charles on a number of contact options and on a number of times. I have since received an email stating that I was given a refund of $10 which is the postage fee! But still no shirts and no explanation on why I haven’t received my shirts which I have paid in full order number#5695I have never put up a review before but hopefully I’ll get some response.If anyone is still waiting on shirts or a refund go to consumer affairs they are very helpful.

These woollen shirts are the best thing going around. I have two of them now. Warm, comfy and the look good. In fact people have started to pick up on the HC brand and I'm starting to see them around everywhere (Glad to be a trend setter).Found the online purchases easy and never had an issue. Do I recommend? Hell yes!

Do not deal with them. Will not deliver. Tell lies. Never experienced such bad customer service. Quick to grab your money. Applied for the bank to get a refund. Products on back order they say.

I ordered and received the Blue Check pure wool shirt . Am absolutely impressed . It's quality and looks . Will be ordering another in the near future . That way I can have one for that can get used and knocked around , and the other for Winter BBQ's and parties . Cheers .

Couple of years again I bought a shirt and absolutely love it. Comfy, well made and warm. Came with a little bag which was most useful during my last road trip.Just recently I bought a vest for work and love it even more I reckon. Well made, warm and great workwear!!!Steve has been great dealing with, replied promptly to questions via email regardless of the time of the day almost. Definitely recommend their products!!!!

Terrible customer service. They have basically stolen $159 from us as we haven’t received either a refund or the shirt we ordered. They don’t respond to any messages or phone calls or emails or Facebook comments they just delete and block you. Utterly ridiculous. It's been 2 months now and still haven't received the order

Chinese made bush shirts. Lies. Tells a great yarn about being wool shirts from Victoria. Made in China. Still great shirts but total BS about the bush and drought.Worst service ever. Steve and his wife Alice don't reply to emails, also won't reply on social media. Won't return phone calls. Won't even reply to text messages. Takes forever to send your order. Then if any problems you won't get your money back! Check out the other reviews, wish I had read these! Steve you are a liar. Love my shirt, but going to rip the HC off the front of them so no one else sees this shoddy brand.
