National Pharmacies Mount Barker

The best staff ever, hence the top service. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Pharmacists always there to help with advice.

I would not recommend going to this chemist based on my experience there this morning. I was spoken to in an aggressive manner, was not spoken to but shouted at, was called a liar and made to feel that returning a faulty product was my fault.

Overall good, don't seem to carry everything. Even smaller pharmacies like Littlehampton cover all my medication.

Pity the counter staff weren't friendly or pleasant.Recomend they ask the pharmacy chemist as to what they recommend not what there untrained opinion is .That's why I go to a pharmacy and not Woolies.Whent to Terry white parmacy across road and had no of the aforementioned problems and got the right for me products at Terry white parmacy

Staff are very professional, they can be discreet for you when you are buying embarrassing items and if you are a regular they remember your preferred brands and products which is comforting knowing people still care about individuals

Great staff, excellent service, nothing was too much trouble for them. Convenient parking at the rear of the Pharmacy with only a short walk to the wheelchair friendly entrance.A fairly large Pharmacy, nice and roomy, with chairs to sit on while you wait for your prescription.Highly recommended.

I have been a regular customer and member of this pharmacy for years, but after today I will not be going back. I requested an emergency dose of my medication for a night because my script was at my partner's quite a distance away. Without going into extensive detail, Iwas interrogated to a point I felt complete shame and embarrassment and comments and assumptions were made that were completely inappropriate (including maybe you can just get to the chemist in Reynella before it shuts" or "Because you don't live permanantly in Mt Barker you won't bring in the script"). I understand a pharmacist is required to be thorough and questions need to be asked

The staff have harassed me a few times and they always talk down to me. I wouldn't go there.

Just bought a 100g of Voltaten Osteo Gel 12 hourly" for $37. The same product has a rrp of $30 and can be purchased at the Chemist Warehouse for $28. Could not recommend this business due to their consistent overpricing of regular everyday products - this purchase was over 35% more expensive than other providers."
