Off the grid, completely sustainable, and makes some of the best whiskey local to Victoria. Sam & Chantal have a great hospitality to them, deep insights, complete professionalism and an incredible passion for their business.We had a detailed tour, sampled a wide range of whiskey, and got to hang out with Sam over some great glasses.Kinglake is a beautiful area and this distillery is about as home grown and honest as you can get. Grab a mate, take a Sunday drive to Kinglake, and go meet the owners.Sam is a natural experimenter with a great taste. You're sure to find a bottle you enjoy.

We’ll worth the trip. I’ve been wanting to get up to this distillery for a long time and it didn’t disappoint. The owners, Sam and Chantal, are warm and welcoming. Sam gave us a great, informal and informative tour of the site. He told us all about their process and answered all our questions.We got to enjoy a few samples along the way too. The whisky here is top notch and a great price. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved my time here with Sam the owner. He is passionate about whiskey and though he says he's not a talker he is an excellent knowledgeable host. Love the off grid natural approach here incorporating sun, rain, fresh air and spring water. The whiskey is awesome. Support this amazing Aussie business.
