We saw Simon at Parafield he was very helpful to begin with, especially before we paid.We made our purchase and were very happy with the overall service, until delivery.Since delivery we have had multiple issues, failures on major parts, items paid for in July 2020 still not delivered as at April 2021 and as for after sales service this is the biggest failure.Misled at time of purchase now still waiting to receive not only what we paid for but what we were sold.Unimpressed and do not rate this company or their products. The parent company is oasis spas run from Queensland, we were advised by consumer and business services in February that we were entitled to a refund and still no outcome.

Bought my spa from Greg. Had Simon do the delivery and hand-over. Both very knowledgeable and made it easy to purchase/install and use. Got far more (honest) information and knowledge than other spa shops offered when looking for my spa. Thank you.

He knew everything about his products and went over and beyond to help choose a spa that would suit my needs. The price was great given they build the best spas in SA. The service and delivery was outstanding. Our spa is THE BEST we have used it so much already. Couldn't recommend Simon and Spa Choice enough.
