Great place to train, amazing community. I've been training Krav here for around 8 years, also found an interest in Parkour and Boxing. Would highly recommend trying out a class or two :)

This place ticks all the boxes for me. Amazing trainers, amazing facility and community of students with a well structured syllabus where you learn so much. Friendly, safe and ego free environment makes training there very enjoyable. Having some of the top experts in the world from Israel visit to conduct seminars is an added bonus. I am grateful for the opportunity to have trained there for the last 5 years.

The best self defence course around! Great teaching styles and practical sessions for all abilities, ages etc.And whatever your reason, it doesn't matter, just go along to a friendly and welcoming, non-competitive environment and you can learn wither on your own, private group or like minded people that just want to learn how to protect themselves.Couldn't recommend the class teacher and team any higher! You've got nothing to lose.

My son absolutely loves his Parkour class and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Parents are welcome to use the gym facilities while their kids are in their class. I look forward to this...its such a great way to encourage us to also be active at a time when, in all honestly, we'd just be sitting and reading or scrolling through our phones.

After experiencing an attack, I was looking for a self-defence trainer. I’m so glad that I found Guardian, the staff and student community is so welcoming and supportive! Having a female instructor has made me feel comfortable to really give it a go. I can take the training at my own pace and my mental, physical and emotional limits are always respected. Just had my son's birthday party here today. As a parent who has hosted about a dozen parties before, this is the best.Kids had fun, exercise and got involved quickly. Parents could talk and mingle comfortably.I organised it all mainly via email. Quick responses. First class, welcoming customer service. Impressed with the subtle progressiveness of this company.First visit was the day of the party. Being time poor, this was great. Signing up for lessons now.Highly recommended. The best Krav Maga classes in Melbourne, the instructors are so friendly and are also dedicated to teaching you properly. This place teaches the real Krav Maga from Israel, it is not just thrown together like other organisations.
