Untrustworthy prices - I was overcharged until I pointed out! Read more. Invoice attached.The lady at the counter this morning charged me 9 dollars extra for a pack of (already overpriced cigarettes). Only when I pointed out the price written on the board did she initiate a refund (of 47 dollars!) and charged me the right amount again (~39). My refund is yet to come.But This incident is a breach of trust. Why would your employees charge more than the marked price - just because a customer looks vulnerable?

staffs are very rude and racist, one of them took payments and refused to print out the invoice, as he mentioned he was having issue with the machine. However second person starts screaming shouting saying I did not pay them the money. Insulted me in front of other people. Later they give me the invoice saying it was a error. Looks like someone is this stealing from the company. I used to buy petrol everyday, guess what I'm not going to visit you guys anymore.

Weird antagonistic cashier. I was waiting patiently a few steps behind people to have some social distancing ACCORDING TO THEIR FLOOR STICKERS and got yelled at for not being faster.

I bought a sandwich and a pie and was having the food in the store and the staff asked me to leave rudely and mentioned that eating is not allowed in the store.He didn’t have any name batch on him and when I asked his name he refused to told his name and put ‘staff in training’ name batch on him

Service here is a bit questionable yet it serves well as a cheeky place to wait for a phone call from friends awaiting pickup at Sydney International Airport 15 minute pickup zone. The coffee was so-so but the free parking was good. Good location.

The staff girl named Manasvi" was very rude.. the behaviour of the manager was even not tolerable.. i asked for tap water and they started to ask me questions who are you. Where you work. You guys need to go back to school to learn some manners.. pretty much disappointed as the manager was like i own this store i can do whatever i wnat too.. i want to let 7-Eleven know that these kind of people will get you no where.."

Great service. The employee named Reyaan is very nice and professional. Overall great place for coffee and petrol. Very friendly staff
