Unbelievably bad service 3/3 times I've been there. There will not be a fourth and ashamed already I gave them 2 more chances as it is.Give your hard earned money to someone else.

As a Shipwright for 20 years and using this buisness also formally known as Couplers i called in for a range of fittings at 3pm only to be told they wont serve after 2pm so why bother advertising closing hours at 5pm, lift your game or longterm customers will go elsewhere !

Dead set, If you could leave negative stars,the trade counter tries their very hardest to not sell anything,and as for closing the counter at 2pm...do you best to find somewhere else...Thanks for your reply, we are. Trade customer, we do maintenance and repairs till 5.30,I/we have been using items since the store was Couplers,It's ok, we have found another local supplier for hoses and fittings.

Open 8-1400. Couplers should delete their name from this address because no one would want their company attached to this place. Useless

Not very helpful to find a fitting unless I had the tread pitch even through I had a fitting in my hand.

Pleasant to deal with, always gives good advice. Wholesaler though, so you may not have the best experience if you expect to just walk in and pick a part like some of these other reviews show.

Don't even bother unless you have a trade account: there's signage everywhere basically saying they aren't interested in counter sales, despite having eftpos. Sometimes you just need one or two fittings but it's clearly too much hassle. I go to Henderson Hose and Fittings instead now where the service is the exact opposite.

The staff were not at all helpful. Went in to get a hose with compression fittings to duplicate a broken one . Was told it wasn't possible that I would need to go to Volvo dealership. Went to Pirtek hoping the guy wasn't serious and they helped me out straight away. Got away with the part I needed for only $3.50. My advice is don't bother with Ozlinc for your hosing needs go straight to Pirtek or somewhere else .
