Eastland

Went into the Eastland store pm 1/5 looking for quality winter jackets for two children & was prepared to spend. They had some really great ones for kids. I was acknowledged nicely on arrival & totally/100 per cent ignored thereafter while I scrummaged through the sizes available . I was the only person in the store but the 2 staff boys were far too busy chatting to spend any time helping me. Don't often grizzle but do you want to make a sale or not fellas? I left & shopped well elsewhere. Suggestion to management - train your staff on basic customer service - it's not hard !

Very good store! Reasonably sized therefore allowing there to be plenty of stock of quite a range of products.Kathmandu has such good quality products that are sure to last you for years to come, however their prices are a little more on the expensive side, but this can be justified because of its such good quality.Very friendly staff that are always willing to help you out.I will be returning in the future and making future purchases as well.

The service is very friendly, when there is no size I want from the shelf the assistant always look to the storage to find the size I want, I recommend you to go to this store! It’s amazing!

NEVER GO. WORST STAFF WITH NO COURTESY. DISCRIMINATION ON CUSTOMERS The worst franchise store just because of their two staff (1 male and 1 female). I went to this store on 23 November to get thermals. I asked the lady about discount and I was told it’s 30% per box. We picked up 5 thermals and we were given discount only for 4 boxes. I asked the guy there and he looked at the system and said it’s 2 for $45. I told him two things 1. There is no sign board saying 2 for $45 and 2. The lady said 30% per box. On hearing this the lady jumped and told me ‘I said I will have to scan the box to see if it’s 30%’ and this was utter lie. I disagreed and I had to argue with that lady who never accepted on what she said. The guy there was hopeless there and kept saying the same thing again and again ‘it’s upto you if you want to return one or get one more to get more discount’. Really both of them lacked courtesy and ethics of how to talk to a customer. What’s wrong in accepting what she told me and could have apologised. Very rude and arrogant. I have lost confidence of going back to the store in Eastland.

No longer selling hiking trousers with boot zips??? Is this an outdoors shop or another trendy fashion brand. Get serious!

Always receive discount vouchers from you guys even tho I never bought anything or been into your store. You guys are a great neighbour and very helpful in the Eastland community. Cheers, have a good one!

The manager there was incredible. Will be back as she went beyond what a manager would do norrmally. Bought a few hundred dollars of stock and very happy. Highly recommend.
