I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut and beard trim by Tristan and the team at Groom Barbershop in North Rockhampton, and I have to say, I was blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. The atmosphere in the shop is relaxed and welcoming, and it's clear that everyone there takes great pride in their work.As for the cut itself, I couldn't be happier. Tristan really listened to what I wanted and gave me a cut that was exactly what I was looking for. He was attentive, detail-oriented, and clearly very skilled at his craft. And the rest of the team was just as impressive - everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly committed to making sure that every customer left the shop feeling amazing.Overall, I can't recommend Groom Barbershop and Miguel's team highly enough. I thought I would give these guys a go after having a poor experience at a previous barber. I did not regret it.Groom is possibly the best barber I have ever been to. Immediately on entry, you are greeted by the friendly staff. The shop is bright and pops with the lighting set-up they use. All the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to greet you and make you feel like a valued customer.I have been twice now. I rebooked with Shania as I was so impressed with her professionalism and the job she did with my hair and beard. I've never really enjoyed getting my hair cut but the treatment I receive at Groom almost makes me change my mind.If you're in the market for a new barber, give them a go. You won't regret it.

I have been getting all my haircuts and beard trims with Chris for about a year now and wouldn’t look anywhere else. He is very knowledgeable about different haircuts and styles and never disappoints. Super friendly guy and the rest of the team are very chill and easy going.Definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking at hair and beard services.

Extremely polite, can hold a decent conversation while providing a professional service. Just look around the shop, they all take pride in the work they do while providing a welcoming comfortable environment. Great job guys and girls keep up the good work.
