Gave them my wedding dress to dry clean and steam before my wedding and they burned/caused a hole in it. They also tried to hide it and when I took it in, they denied it. Terribly shocked at their response considering it could not have happened any other way as I would not be wearing my wedding gown out and about. Definitely don’t recommend this place!

Reassuringly professional and fast, they offered same day cleaning but it wasn't urgent so I went with the option to have them deliver it a day or two later, could not be happier with the job they did on my delicate fluffy jumper and faux suede fur trim coat that has a tendency to pick up dust, they even fixed a loose thread I didn't ask them to fix, exceeding expectation

I wasn’t quite sure about if they can wash doona or pillows, it turns out that they don’t even clean those households but also they can do a really good job on them. I am surprised that how fluffy and warm my doona is after it get dry cleaned.I am definitely happy with the service I got from this dry cleaner. Will be back soon for sure. Btw, there is a drive through bay for customers to drop off items and for those pickups. Really good. Highly recommended if you have any thing need to be cleaned.

I had my wedding dress dry cleaned at Status Lindisfarne. Not only were the ladies super lovely and helpful, but my dress looks immaculate. I showed it to some friends and they thought it was brand new! I can’t recommend them highly enough!
