By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a real estate agent. Couldn’t recommend more strongly to avoid, the situation resulted in me feeling unsafe enough to submit a police report regarding one of the agents.After the incident they tried to evict me, so I applied to NCAT, though I ended up moving out as soon as I could as I didn’t feel at all safe knowing he had access to a set of keys for the house.Probably risky putting up this review, as when a friend of mine posted something about them anonymously on Facebook regarding my situation, they thought it was me and I received a letter from their lawyer threatening legal action unless it was removed. I’d go into more detail but I’d hate him to threaten to sue me again.

Bruno send me unsolicited text messages with links in them and hung up on me when I rang him to request that he not use this approach with me. I am a pre-approved buyer with genuine interested in the property in question, but Bruno was not capable of being respectful and professional with me. I was genuinely shocked.

Please BEWARE before dealing with this agent as a tenant, landlord, seller or buyerThey are incompetent; bullying; dishonest and unreliableAfter a year of renting through them, they did not attend to any maintenance in a timely manner. They increased rent from $375 to $450pw.I moved out, they held an open house (where they misrepresented the photos of the bedroom) before completing my outgoing condition report.They then tried to make a $500 claim on bond for cleaning.Despite much communication trying to resolve the matter, Bruno and Milena outright refused to compromise; insisting we go before the tribunal. Bruno has screamed over the phone - I don’t have time for this! He has emailed multiple times saying ‘see you at tribunal buddy’Honestly - is he an owner or a childish clown?After much stress and duress I turned up to tribunal today, to find they didn’t front.I am happy the claim was denied for them to take any bond. However what a waste of the landlords money. My time and costs preparing docs for the member.Anyone who considers doing business with these two (the owners) please think twice.
