Payments put on hold, points for jobs applied for removed randomly without warning, calling them is a nightmare and a half unless you like sitting on hold for 20 mins before speaking to a person for 10 seconds only to be put back on hold for another 10 mins, to be told they will call you back within 24 hours (plot twist, they don't call back so you have to jump through the hoops all over again)
