In this difficult time whetmre we see the govt state and federal overstepping the line and mandating a vaccine under the guise of a changed public health order just months prior to the alpha strain of covid became the word of the day, its nice to see that there are people whi have the courage to stand for the rights of the people who are essential to keeping the country running whilst others chiose to stay at home. As a state worker I am truely concerned that right to work has been overshadowed with mandatory vaccine and state employers have deemed it needed to mandate a vaccine whilst holding personal annual leave hostage tgen in the event you need time off because of moderate to severe flu like symptoms as a result of the vaccine you are ordered to use your own sick leave or leave without pay. This is overstretch and totally unreasinable. I do hope this is made public for all to see so that the govt is made liable for any person who has a reaction to the vaccine even if it is flu like symptoms that require 3 to 5 days bed rest. There is no way that someone could validate being forced to take a vaccine then in the event of getting sick from it its the responsability of the employee who was ordered to take it.
