We were supposed to have an exhaust system fitted, and were told that they would be able to do it. Our car was dropped off at 6am in the morning. My husband received a call around 2pm and was told that they were unable to do the job. We had bought all the parts, all they needed to do was provide the labour and knowledge. They said that they couldn't do the job because parts were missing, so we picked up the car and my husband checked everything. All the parts were accounted for, they were just too lazy to do the job and They wasted our time with excuses.

Expected better from both workshop and admin. I Wasn't satisfied with quality of work, simple belt replacement caused another issue: I was told they would rectify on next visit only to hear they were too busy to do the work. Then they charged me top dollar for a full service but couldn't print me an itemized invoice. Not to mention an office that won't bother to return calls to book more work. I've taken the hint. Must be too busy to care for more business. This place has gone down hill fast. Staff left and it's not the same.
