Teller was super rude and dismissive, staff need some training in the concept of customer service, you're supposed to be there to help people out not just stare blankly and shrug. I feel bad for the elderly people who have no other option

Unprofessional. Don't ask for them to sticky tape over the details of your parcel. SHE ASSUMED it'll be fine to leave, but yet I do this everytime I send something off, as this issue happens with AUSPOST's parcels. You'd think working here she would know this as well. As I asked kindly, to where the female worker smeared her hand over the details. To which, made the details incredibly hard to read now. I asked if I could get it done again due to her mistake with a it's fine

We had a parcel that was returned to sender due to our error and, unfortunately, it was damaged on its return. I was anxious to go in to get the refund due to previous bad service several times at my local PO but staff at Oaklands were quick, thorough, polite and couldn't have helped us more. Couldn't fault the service. Great job.

Ridiculously long wait times and minimal staff. Two clerks seeing to passports leaving one to serve everyone else. Queue was out the door! It’s a busy PO….they need more assistants. Extremely annoying.

I use this post office regularly and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Wait times are usually short because there are multiple kiosks to be served at.
