Telstra Wynnum

Extremely poorly managed and run store. Don't waste your time going there. If you do you'll be there for ever and mostly likely waiting the majority of the time.

WARNING!! BEAWARE!! The larger sized lady that works here cracked my screen protector while installing it and refused me a replacement or refund. Disgusted with this Telstra shop.

I have called 3 times to schedule an appointment to buy a new phone, the voicemail message said they would reply the same business day. They didnt. So i messaged Teltra Complaints & their helpful reply was... Go to another store"."

Tammie went so far above and beyond the normal customer service expectations for us and fixed my son’s phone issue late one Saturday afternoon as he had to fly out the following morning. No one else would have even started to help, let alone stay with us after hours!! I have since been back for my own phone needs and again been so impressed with the level of service from Tammie and the rest of the team at Wynnum. I highly recommend them and will always go back.

HIghly rate the customer service received from Doug at the Wynnum Branch. I was having difficulty with internet coverage from within my home and outside - Doug spent a good deal of time patiently listening to my concern and was able to provide a solution to improve the internet access. Doug displayed the utmost professionalism, courtesy and was very helpful - definitely an asset to an industry that can be challenging sometimes. thanks so much Doug

went in to buy two new phones , looked like only one customer in store told to come back in 55 minutes. Purchased new hand sets Online instead.

I have recently upgraded 2 phones and brought my son over to Telstra. They said the new system would be so beneficially and would only benefit me to find it out it was the complete opposite. They withheld information that would potentially stop the sale only doing what was best for them. I have been with Telstra for years and after the experience I have received here at the Wynnum store I would not trust them ever again!!!

Fantastic service , we dealt with several staff members who were all very friendly and helpful. My wife and I both purchased new phones, my wife wasn’t so sure and was just going to purchase the new Samsung galaxy phone. Josh was great with helping her, actually recommending an alternative Samsung that met her needs, but was also way cheaper. We were still given the time of day and more advise even after mentioning we weren’t at point of making decisions. This came across as good old fashioned customer service. So after checking things at home, we returned the next day to go for it. The lady that helped us set up the plans and paperwork was also super helpful with transferring our old phones data across, and even putting our screen cover and cases in we purchased. Thanks!
