Purchased a bag there that ended up being unsuitable. When I tried to return and refund the bag within a few hours of purchase I was told refunds are not offered and only a store credit was available. Lesson learned was never shop here again. No wonder these days everyone shops online when you have such bad real store experiences. Best way to describe this bag shop is BUYER BEWARE.

the reason why i'm giving this a 2 star ratings is because of how disgusted i was due to the lack of customer service i had in the store as i went in on the 18th January 2022 to try on a couple of bags even though they were similar sizes and the sales lady saw me and didn't even bother coming over to see if i needed any assistance

I bought a bag which wasn't bad but unfortunately didn't suit me. I tried to give it back in some days. Staff didn't refund and offer to choose another bag in six months period. I agreed. Finally, I chose one, it turns out $30 cheaper than the first bag. Staff refused to refund this sum offering to buy one more bag. I was badly disappointed!UPD. The problem was solved successfully. Thank you very much!
