Went to visit elderly friend, But due to covid -19 restrictions were not allowed to visit. We fully agree with their decision. Hopefully we may get to visit later in year

We were due to do a Ballroom Dance display for the residents and when we arrived were told we had to dance with masks on. This is not ideal, so we had to leave after all the organizing and the residents missed out on some fun with most music that we play, they can sing along to.

I am a 60 yo Paraplegic male & I require alot of intensive care. I am very happy living here, every one from the Management to the Dr's to the Nurses & the rest of the Staff are all Caring, Professional, Staff. The Nurses are the ones on the floor looking after us all day every day & they are all very caring people who are a great bunch of people who do a great job looking after us. The Management are keeping us safe from this Virus, we have not had any cases here because of their care & planning. The other staff do a fantastic job keeping the facility Clean & spotless. It is a great place to live.David Burrell

Well you get good and not so good staff, food well!!!Lazy staff yea,Return yr messages, for get it,Management uhhhh nuhh,Rehabilitation no chance,Help trying to get you homeUhhhh nuhhh,some staff are fantastic have to say,Di the so unprofessional liar should be working elsewhere ,she denies things she's said,you wasted our moniand efforts

Some of the staff leave a lot to the imagination the way they speak to patients. The state of some of the rooms is disgusting. They smell of stale urine and the stains on the carpet

Thank you to all the staff looking after my Auntie while she is in Transitional Care.Staff are very friendly, helpfull and caring, couldn't wish for any better. The Lodge is nice and clean and modern.

Alan David Lodge is a care facility for elderly people.I currently have a relative there in care and am very pleased with the care and attention they are getting.Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this facility.
