I recieved a leaflet in the letterbox letting me know about this company and thought I would give them a call even though it was the week before Christmas. Not only did they reply quickly to my emails, they squeezed me in a few days before Christmas! Glen the technician was super friendly and professional, he explained everything that I needed to know, worked quickly and efficiently and let me know what to look out for and also let me know that they can help with Daikon warranties! Definitely recommend you giving them a call, they look after their customers in a way you just don't see anymore. You can tell that they care about their work and their customers. My air cons are now like brand new, and their prices are extremely reasonable. Very happy customer!

Glen's communication was excellent. The air conditioner was installed within a week of my enquiry and old machine disposed of. The installation is neat and the air conditioner is the perfect size for the room. I can't wait to really put it to the test in the colder and hotter months.
