5 star serviceEverything said in Avin's other reviews was true for us too. Avin was responsive, knew our area and gave us both a realistic and optimistic price estimate. We held two OFIs and had three private inspections, and received an offer (that we accepted) within the first two weeks of being on the market! We achieved a price above our expectations (and above what some other agents had quoted us). We interviewed four agents and are so happy we chose Avin. He was self confident without being arrogant. He kept us informed throughout the process and was happy to answer our 5000 questions along the way! In fact the entire team at Harcourts West was great to deal with.
