I've been here at least 20 times by now, and seen lots of different therapists, each of whom were excellent. Being in a mall, you can hear the outside world a little bit, it's easy to ignore, bit that's the price you pay for a convenient, very central, location I guess. I bring my partner here too and we both recommend it to friends and work colleagues regularily for the consistently high quality of massage.EDIT: They have opened a new section, cleverly nestled away from the mall by a soundproof wall, with lovely new beds too. Great! Can I give you 5.5 stars now, ha!

Have had bad pain in my lower back and hip for weeks. Difficulty standing and walking. Amy was able to relieve the pain for me. Can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you

I get half hour head, neck, shoulder remedial massages here. As with all massages, it really depends on the person and your personal preference. I cannot fault any of their staff to date, although I've found that the massage chair is better for head/neck/shoulder massages. The man at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. He keep the operation running on time and has your health insurance receipt ready when you finish.

Massage was very OK. Too warm inside, staff were also affected by the heat and the massage was uncomfortable and awkward with the heavy breathing and complaints. Pricing was average, great that they are certified for healthcare rebate and do a 10% discount for cash.

I went here for a massage yesterday, it’s a place I’ve been to multiple times over the last couple of years. They now have a new person, a young man called Anthony who has just arrived in Australia for three weeks. Never worked as a massage therapist before, and I was charged the full $128 for a young man who had absolutely no idea what he was doing.I called back today as there was nobody at the front desk when I left yesterday evening and explained that I don’t expect to pay the same rate for a young man with no experience versus somebody who’s been doing that job for years. Was yelled at by the receptionist called Yonnie and told that they will not be giving me a refund or anything whatsoever before she slammed the phone down. Unbelievable!Claims that the payment price is for the time not for the amount of experience. Which means they can really pull someone off the street and have them pretend to be a massage therapist and charge the same rate. Ridiculous, would never return and do not recommend anyone else does either.!!

Been here a couple times, and my knots were always more loosened when leaving. Obviously depends on who you get but the pressure was nice and firm and good technique. Man at front desk friendly and efficient.

I have been going to Zen Clinic in North Sydney for almost 5 years now. The staff are great, the guys on the front desk are very friendly and know me by my name, my health fund, and my preferred massage. The massages are great, cannot fault at all over my 4-5 years going here, and I recommend this place to my colleagues. Can’t beat it for a lunch-hour or after-work massage. Thanks guys!

When I have a time always stop by after work. Never disappointed. Great massage . Highly recommend this place.
