Exceptional service from Megasealed particularly Robert. Not only was he punctual so early in the morning, he was very professional, courteous and trustworthy. Weeks after moving in, our en suite started having water damage to the floor below. I was not only worried about the extent of the damage, but also the amount of time it would take to fix and the cleanup after. Although it was a bit of a wait to get an appointment, Robert finished everything in 4 days and was so careful and organized I barely needed to do cleanup to the bedroom and nearby areas. I also had to ask him to lockup on days I needed to leave for work and I was impressed at how well the work was, particularly how clean and organized everything is with the cement/paint job and all. Truly honest, efficient and trustworthy. Kudos to Robert and the rest of the Brisbane Central team! Keep up the good work.

Shocking experience. A female person, who appears to be from Redland Bay (address shown PO Box) and not shown on the business website (appears to be an unlicensed person). I live 7km from Brisbane City. The female made assumptions and completely judged a shower which is in good condition, except for a very recent leak. When I was waiting for a quote for some work not removing tiles.... which is advertised"
