Optimal Pharmacy+ Bella Vista

Prices and staff are really good! Julian is amazing at his job, he knows everything about every medicine. The rest of the staff are also very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend, I have been coming here for 2 years now!

I would give 0-star if I could. I came in last Thursday night to fill a script for an antibiotic, specifically asked for the original brand and patiently waited for >15 minutes for a single script. I could see clearly the original brand on the shelf however the lady pharmacist gave me the generic brand and insisted that they do not keep original brand for the antibiotic I'm buying. I'm a healthcare professional so I know exactly what brand is original and how the package looks like. This is unethical and unacceptable. Why would you lie to your patients? You (lady pharmacist) are lucky that I did not name you here or report you to AHPRA for your unethical act but hopefully you can read my review and improve yourself in the future.I do not recommend this pharmacy at all and will not come back. I visited them a few times, gave them a few chances but until now, I still see nothing good in them (expensive price + slow & bad services) except for the fact that they're close to my home

Edit...Its either new owners or just the new staff. I have used this chemist monthly for over 7 years. Last 2 times I have used their service they have lost my scripts. The automated app ordering just doesnt work anymore.Fantasy Chemist next to medical centre. I also order my scripts online and its ready when I pick up. They also have a loyalty program that I always earn credit back.

Hannah the new regular pharmacist is a gem!She and her amazing staff always look after my scripts and make my wife and I feel very welcome to be their patients here. Every time we pick up our orders, Hannah never fails to do a consultation without ask, and goes beyond to make sure we are comfortable and confident with our regular and new medicine before we leave the pharmacy.I cannot recommend optimal pharmacy bella vista and their new pharmacist enough; I am sure she has a very bright future as an outstanding pharmacist, and we will keep coming back!

I was served by a pharmacist named Houda and she was absolutely amazing. I regularly get my medicine here and sometimes when the doctor forgets certain details on my prescriptions, Houda always finds a way to rectify the issues so that there is no interruptions to my treatment. She puts my health first.

This is a great local pharmacy. It is smaller compared to others in the area, but the staff make it stand out, They provide great customer service which is hard to find these days. Julian the pharmacist always makes you feel welcome and valued- has a smile and greets you by name. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a good range of products.While not always the cheapest, they are pretty price competitive.They offer a great loyalty program where you accrue a dollar amount on every purchase, and you can then claim on a future purchase. They also have a handy app that allows you to pre- order your meds so you can then walk straight in pick them up. It also keeps a track of when you need a new script etc. Definitely worth a visit!

Had an extremely bad experience today. All the empathy, respect, willingness to help, politeness and care for the customers have made there way out with the old manager (Julian) i believe. New manager (don't want to name her) is utterly disrespectful, judgemental and immensely rude. Today, i have felt so demeaned by their rude behavior. I am their regular customer, I went to pick up my monthly script and was attended by the NEW manager. I requested my medication and her way of talking and body language was not right from the start and she asked the other girl to assist me giving the impression that she cant understand what i was requesting (and later blamed the mask) i went with the other girl, she asked me half of my details and was handing me someone else's medication. I pointed to her that it is not my medication. Then new manager started to pass comments on me for not providing her the details properly. Then the other staff interrupted to see what is happening she is looking at me head to toe (i was wearing my traditional clothes as came straight from my temple). i hope you understand, how a normal person would feel when you are looked upon like that. When i questioned their behaviour with me, they were not happy about it and asked me wait on the side for medication. Immediately after this 5 mins scene, they were so nice and polite to the other customers.I was totally gobsmacked at the unprofessional and judgemental behaviour of these people. Never going back.

Best pharmacy, best personalised professional service I have ever come across. I cannot praise this pharmacy highly enough. Julian and Paul and their staff made life so much easier for my family. They always go the extra mile to help and gives great advise. With a family full of allergies and health issues, I feel so blessed to have found this wonderful pharmacy. No more waiting at long queues and receiving substandard service. With Julian and Paul, my family are always greeted by our names, we leave all our scripts with them and ordering repeating medication is just a phone call away. I know I can count on Julian and Paul for all my family’s pharmaceutical needs. This pharmacy is conviniently located with easy parking, competitive prices and rewards points for my spending. The best package for a family pharmacy. Highly recommend them. Keep up the good work guys!

Their service is disgusting. They don't care about their patients. They go out of their way to be difficult. I was close to running out of a vital medicine and he refused because he couldn't understand the blood count record form. He is also demanding unrealistic requests. He said that I have to pick-up the script within 2 days of the doctor giving it to me. I told him that I can't as I work full-time and can't make it back in time. He is totally indifferent. I will never again look at h8m

Unfortunately their prices is too expensive, when I compared in chemist prices I really regretted why I purchased my medicines here
