Voilet is just great she is patient and so kind to my boys (three dogs) Voilet does a wonderful job and I highly recommend her its hard when trying to find a good groomer but I lucked out when I decided on Voilet Blue Wheeler's Coffs Harbour

We were a long term customer for years and since Violet has taken over we were getting cancelled on at least once almost every time we booked in, the last time we booked in we got cancelled on twice, it was the start of spring and it was starting to get warm and our dog was very long, so she was really needing to be done as she was getting extremely warm, so I was looking for other groomers to get her cut this one time as she really needed to be done & Violet was unable to do her twice & then we received a text from Violet saying she was taking us of her client list due to me looking for another groomer this once as we had already been cancelled on twice, we were going to return to Blue Wheelers after this once but Violet quickly put a stop to us ever coming back. No call or any understanding from Violet just a very abrupt text message saying how difficult our dog is and that she will never be doing our dog again. Businesses do not own their clients and clients are allowed to go elsewhere when they need to especially after being cancelled on multiple times, not the right way to run a business at all.

Violet is so patient and extremely good with my very nervous large labradoodle.she did a fantastic clipping job under the circumstances.As Alex moved around a lot because it was his first time but violet soon settled him down with her very soothing voice.Then she washed my large German shepherd who is a very easy girl to do but she really liked violet and her calming ways .i would recommend violet without hesitation she’s great .. Just had Lewis clipped and washed by Violet and couldn't be happier. Violet is absolutely wonderful and Lewis looks amazing with his new hair cut.
