These guys are amazing and I highly recommend them.I had to move all our personal effects from storage in Karratha to Mandurah at short notice, and was not able to get to Karratha to supervise the move.Gean and the guys WA Removals took it all on, arranged the pick up, loaded, and dropped it all off in Mandurah in good time with everything in excellent condition, even the loose painting and bits and pieces.The drivers, Leo and his mate were cheerful, helpful and friendly and did a great job. We will certainly use them again.

I have had a great experience moving house with the help of WA Removals.Every stage went well with helpful staff and at a reasonable price.I recommend this business to anyone wanting to move a house full of furniture and belongings.

Hopeless service. The guy sounds half asleep. Booked to be at our premises prior to quote. Never turned up, never called. They will not answer their phones. Typical service from a company that doesn't care.

Gean was very easy to work with, always prompt with replies etc. The removal men Adrian & Bruce were lovely and quick moving, packed and unloaded my house in my new location in under 24 hours! Given my new place is 17 hours away from my old house, I was very impressed! Will happily use WA Removals again and recommend them to anyone planning to move.

Only use this service if you want to be waiting around for hours and overcharged.I was booked for arrival between 10 and 12. Rang at 12 - was told 30 mins. I rang every 30 minutes after that until they arrived at 2:30, with no apologies and the man answering the phone being rude. I then watched two men take 45 mins to pack 10 small items, a couch and a fridge, stopping to constantly talk. I had already placed all of these items bar the fridge and couch outside the door, stacked and ready to go.After arriving at my house, an hour away, the price had gone up by $110 dollars. They had added $55 on the initial call out fee and an extra 30 mins for travel time (an accident occurred on the freeway), which would have been missed had they been anywhere within the first two hours I booked and not 4.5 hours late.0/10 recommend.

We have been trying to organise a delivery time for my furniture and other items but it has been difficult to get an answer in regards to this. My wife , myself and a family member have all been trying to organise this since Tuesday of last week but have so far been unsuccessful

Really good experience with WA Removals and have noted their details to use again if needed in the future. If you are wanting to move to the Pilbara these guys will be the best choice. There are no huge excel spreadsheets to fill in or need to arrange a viewing - just email them a list of belongings you need moved - a quote comes through quickly which is about $2000 - $4000 cheaper than anyone else you will get, then your removalists show up when you request, and they are the same people that unload and drop it off with no damage. We had Roger and his 2 guys who were great! Friendly and casual service which is what you want when moving is already so stressful. Thanks Gean and WA Removals for your service - much appreciated

I was happy with admin and their attention to keeping me updated, answering my messages promptly.The guys who drove and loaded the trucks were amazing.Very professional, attention to detail and my needs. Their skill at Tetris style packing was truly amazing, care was noted as to where items were placed in the truck which meant where they would be in storage after unloading.They kept going until the job was done.100% care and effort.Thankyou guys.

The three men that came and packed up our furniture etc. should get a medal, they were brilliant! Such nice guys and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you very much!

Removals come without tools for removing furnitures. We provide our tools for dismantling . Dismantle furnitures has not been fixed back, just left in new house without fixing it . More money taken from my credit card without my permission . It’s your part to ask about the house which the removals need to be dropped and not mine and nothing is mentioned in the quote too and then u charge extra for dropping boxes to top floor . Lot of chip marks all around the house afte removals have done their job . Very disappointed with your service . Not done with shifting boxes and they say that it’s time up and they need to leave . I made a mistake by paying the money before job is done
