Shocking experience. A trip from Bowral Hospital to Lake Alexandra $42. The driver had no idea where that was, seemed like a very inexperienced driver and when I (politely) spoke with the owner (?) afterwards, I was not listened to and he obviously did not want to resolve the issue, especially when I checked with the other main taxi service, they charged no more than $30. It felt awful especially as I just had to deal with injuries from an accident. NEVER will I use them again and will certainly spread the word.
