Chicken Licious

Been a regular customer for a while now, place is very nice especially when the guy on the register is there. He’s very friendly, has a chat and makes you feel at home. Food and garlic was good. Overall, great customer service by the man, and great food. (Chicken snackpack is something else )

This shop has gone downhill dramatically! The last 4 visits were getting worse and worse each time & the last time we dined in to eat me and my family got food poisoning from this store in Rockdale. I have contacted the owner previously to tell him about my experience and his excuse about the food not tasting good was short staff even though he mentioned that shouldn’t be an excuse. Anyways the shop owner had a post about his price changes on a post on facebook so i decided to comment to mention if the food was good people would pay any price but he sadly didn’t like me speaking the truth and decided to BAN me from his facebook page over a honest review on his post. Absolute Shame on the Shop owners as a customer for over 15 years +. So here i am letting everyone know on Google Reviews where my post can’t be deleted about a honest food experience please save yourself the hassle of eating here and having a horrible experience and drive over to najis in arncliffee that’s only about an extra 5-10 min drive for a million times better Food and service experience! Honestly sad that the shop owner didn’t like my honest opinion about his food tasting 0/10 so here i am speaking the truth.

wow.... amazingly thanks, I ordered X L chicken breast “plate” look so good isnt it? He told me that If I go there I can get money back. mate u kidding? I paid for my uber freaking eat as well. hilarious. falafel wasnt good either.

Very Very Bad..ordered thru Menulog..first time flagged us as delivered 5mins after ordering but received nothing and second time we ordered 2 x large chicken kebab plates(paid extra) and received sml plates as well as a tiny portion of chips that we paid 5.50 for and were less than a handful. This place is a rip off and can not be trusted. Do not waste your cash!

First bite of chicken wrap has a bone in it it’s cold and tomato’s are still green chicken. Is pulled apart bbq chicken least have it hot yeah disgraceful chicken kebab was ok and chips not bad not good either

I have only been here once, and from what I've heard, they've changed owners around 5 months ago.Our experience was interesting.We dined in since it's a lovely night. Instead of plates we used serving trays. I appreciate that there's a place to wash your hands before/after your meal, but no paper towels or bin to dispose. Napkins were substituted with tissue boxes - we had 3 at our table since they were all running low.We ordered a Schnitzel Roll (received a burger), a beef burger and wedges.Unfortunately the wedges were over salted with chicken salt, and so you couldn't appreciate them.The schnitzel burger was doused too much Mayo.The beef burger was seasoned and spiced which reflects the cuisine and ethnicity of the restaurant. But the flavouring of the sauce overpowered the spices in the pattt. The beef patty was moreso like a a premade patty, a little dense and thoroughly cooked. I suppose I was hoping for something a little more rare.Honestly, there were people lining up for takeaway, so I don't doubt that this is a great place to eat. But I think that we simply didn't order food that is to the strength of the cooks.We will come back, but to try the kebabs, chicken and chips. There is partial fault for our own taste palettes and unfamiliarity with the seasoning, spices and cuisine.This place is still worth checking out.(I will like to add that the workers were lovely and happy. Encouraged us to dance. It made the environment more welcoming)

Walked in there today. 3 people behind the counter talking and ignoring me. If you don't want to serve brown people, just post a sign out front. Avoid at all costs people.
