Do not build with this company.I have the misfortune of building with this ridiculous company.There is just no common sense and continual add-on expenses look at the stairway that they think is acceptable??? Continual excuses as to why the house has taken over 2 years (and still not completed) and covid was not an excuse. Them not paying their staff enough and having the continual turnover of staff was the excuse.Nothing but heartache and tears.

My wife and I visited the new homes at Box Hill. We were extremely impress with the Allcastle Homes Grandworth Dynasty. Julie Russo was really helpful and it was such a easy process that we ordered a quotation as we loved the house so much.

They show you the dream and sell you the dream.I started building with them in Jan 2022,Now it's Mid March 2023 and only 60% of the work is done but they took 95% of the construction cost.Dodgy builder!Stay away from them and that's my advice.
