Service station is great, but their fuel is always more expensive than the other service stations in the area, it's also always much faster to increase prices too. Today (the day before a long weekend) they were selling fuel at 22c a litre higher than the BP across the road, hours before any other place had even gone up.

Worst customer service. Waited 15 minutes for store manager to change coffee beans in coffee machine. Even after 15 minutes he did not change coffee bin . I left store without buying coffee.Very rude and incompetent for Customer service job. He is name was Ishak.

Tried to claim the Coles mini toys, the staff member took the receipt and threw it away then told us she had no minis left. We asked for the receipt back and she refused to give it to us.
