George and the team at EFM Henley Beach are absolutely fantastic. The workouts are always changing and no matter what your health level, George will help you change the workouts to fit your needs or to swap out any exercise that you can't perform. The main thing, however, is that EFM Henley Beach isn't your standard gym" it is a community of people exercising together! The equipment is always clean and well kept and the atmosphere is always fun!"

I can’t recommend EFM Henley enough. George is a legend; and through the time I’ve been going to efm he has been nothing but supportive and genuinely invested in my progress.George has got me through lack of confidence, injury and now pregnancy with his workouts and amazing constant positive attitude.He genuinely cares for every person who steps through the door and it’s so evident from how happy every member is to be there all the time!Thank you George for everything you do!! Keep up being you and being an amazing trainer and person.

I’m really thrilled to be part of the EFM Henley Beach community. George is consistently professional and is a brilliant coach. I’m so grateful he opened this gym nearby my home and the time until 10am suits me really well. So if you love being around positive people with a great sense of humour, you have found a brilliant gym to join….added bonus is his love of certain genres of music!

I've been training at EFM Henley Beach for two years, and it has been fantastic. Workouts are diverse, the facilities are great and there is a real sense of community at the club. George's exercise expertise as well as his ability to motivate and inspire each person are just some of the reasons I always enjoy my training sessions. I would highly recommend EFM Henley Beach!

Highly recommend EFM Henley Beach! It has to be the friendliest gym I have ever been to.Coach George is always there to offer support, advice, motivation and a fun, challenging program for everyone. My fitness and strength has come a long way in the short time I have been training at EFM Henley Beach as I have constantly been pushed to work harder and improve.Most definitely worthy of 5 stars!

I came across to Adelaide for two weeks and spent my mornings at EFM Henley Beach. Such a fun atmosphere, the group is so welcoming and Chris makes the classes a heap of fun and changes them up everyday. I would recommend this gym to anyone.
