Went today to get a couple of sandwiches. Tried to pay by Eftpos, was told cash only. Owner not even wearing a mask. Isn't this illegal? Nice sandwiches, but won't be returning.

I wish I could give 0 start. The lady serving had the worse attitude that I have ever seen. Rolling eyes and all. When asked what's wrong she rudely said why am I on the phone while ordering? I left the food at their desk. Stared at me as if she's gonna kill me. No sorry no apologies. Just plan rudeness.

The food was fantastic and the staff were very attentive to satisfy their costumer ❤️As I’m food conscious ,but the food was very healthy and properly cooked leaving me to order more than I usually do ❤️Long live to the team coming with such innovative servicesN strongly recommend everyone to go n try once !!!

So where do I start, came in at 6 tonight cause I felt like a roast and the lady was on her phone, I had to ask to be served and the look and attitude I got was utterly disgusting. The lady had no smile and the presence of not wanting to be there. I feel very sorry for the business if that is how there workers are representing it. This woman should not be in customer service due to the lack of work ethic and respect. I will never be back and I will tell everyone about my disgusting experience.

The customer service is awful, there is no need to snap back at customers when they ask a question. I had a beef roll and it was so dry and over cooked that i couldn't even chew it. I threw it in the bin. A complete waste of time and a terrible expierence.

Very disappointing. Every time I order a roast port sandwich they try and give me the driest part of the meat and never offer any crackling !!! Today I pointed this out to a server who was cutting me the driest end part of the roast and when I said Not that part please"

Staff member behind the counter was pleasant and served me in a timely manner . I had the chicken schnitzel focaccia which was just ok .

Just bought a vegetarian foccacia and coffee. The foccacia while toasted was cold and cheese not melted and absolutely tasteless. The coffee- I wanted almond milk but no almond milk. Can I have lactose free? No lactose free. So got a full cream and asked for extra shot. The coffee too is tasteless despite extra shot AND the take away cup is so cheap and thin, it's too hot to hold - so how am I supposed to take it away?Dreadful food. Won't go there and did I mention how unfriendly the server was?
