Stay away from this provider support workers are lovely but team leaders slow to act on anything no communication trying to get vital iquipment for client takes months just terrible provider never ever go with them.

Guys, stay away from this organisation. Other providers are surely there to help you out. They were knowingly taking more than 300$ from the elderly for several years !!! despite they didn't have to after getting subsidy from the government. After several years of wasting my money, i raised a complaint and guess what they said. Go report to government" without a single apology. this place is only hungry for money and has no compassion. It is obvious if you see all these negative reviews."
