Sure the quality is great but when you are a small business trying to make a profit $85 for a shirt and print will never help it grow so best to shop elsewhere for a better price if you are in the same boat as I was.

Started buying their products online to see if quality was good and to my surprise I was impressed so I’ve been ordering a lot of their hoodies and T-Shirts online because I love the quality of material they use and sizes are great fit. Today I decided to create my own custom design on a piece of clothing so I had to go into the store physically to discuss with them my ideas so it was my first time ever! Ok now the guy at the counter that served me was good but as I was going into detail of what I wanted and discussing my ideas he seemed a bit pushy as if he just wanted to get it over and done with I didn’t feel like I was an important customer at the time I even had 2 of their discount vouchers in my bag I forgot to use so I ended up paying about $90 for hoodie and print. All I want to say is I wish owners would be a bit more supportive of customers ideas especially if they are investing their hard earned income into their products and services. I came home feeling a bit like I wasn’t happy with my creation and that my money wasn’t of any value but anyway we live and we learn. I’d love to keep buying products from here but now that I’ve met someone working there I don’t know.It’s not the product that make the money but the people that sell it.

Has been very frustrating, spent over 500 for Christmas present, never heard anything from them, called like 10 times, sent an email,I haven't received some of the clothes after 2 months, ruin my Christmas
