Nice place to shop for branded items at a discounted price. However, please don't expect personalized service or expect your checkout operator to greet you or smile at you.

The stores is huge enough however I felt that in comparison to other similar sized stores, it has lesser variety of stock. Overall, it was not a bad shopping experience.

Very much a hit and miss shopping experience. Sometimes will find some great sales other times absolutely nothing. Customer service is pretty ordinary and some staff walk around sick. Great prices but only sometimes..

Awesome shop with so much choice and fair prices........but one huge drawback: you cannot take the trolleys to the car! I had 3 bags of candles and glasses and a baby to hold....I pointed my plight to a staff member who reiterated 'our policy is you cant leave the shop with a trolley' so I asked if she could help me, to which she replied: I'm not allowed ...that's also is our policy!By some miracle I got baby and baggage to my vehicle .....but am still reeling about the inhumane attitude of the staff, and therefore the company!
