Fantastic staff, great place. Received a calendar with my puppy's photo on it first visit.Subsequent visits my pup leapt out of the car excited on arrival. So he loves it as well.They also offer washing and grooming

My girl goes to Pupstars a couple days a week. She absolutely loves it and comes home just exhausted. This is great especially on days I know that I don’t have the time to walk her. She is socialised and has even gotten over her fear of tiny dogs. The staff are amazing and you can see the genuine love and care they have for the dogs in their care. Grooming options are available and my girl has a bath and a brush out once a fortnight. I’m notified of any issues immediately. I’ve honestly never had a problem with Pupstars. I highly recommend them and your pups will love the place.

My Schmoodle Ziggi loves it here - friendly staff always know his name and so many other dogs to play with. I just had Ziggi groomed and am so pleased with the results - I won’t be going anywhere else

They were very helpful and understanding with my rescue. She becomes extremely anxious and does not allow anyone near her nails. They did a fantastic job that was quick. My dog was very happy afterwards. Definitely will be comings back to get her nails done again.

We had our 2 dogs in today initially just for grooming but when I made the booking I was advised by Rachel that the dogs could actually stay for the whole day with no additional charge. As we are traveling with the dogs at the moment we jumped at the chance to be able to leave them for the day to do some non-dog friendly activities in Cairns. As soon as we dropped the dogs off in the morning I knew they were in safe hands and then when picking them up later in the afternoon I was so pleasantly surprised to receive a beautiful photo of the dogs laminated onto a calendar! The dogs were so happy and beautifully clean when we picked them up! Could not recommend pupstars enough! Will definitely have them in there again next time we come through here ☺️☺️

Great staff, good location, good care. However, my dog comes home always very thirsty and goes straight to the water bowl and drinks until he vomits. I would say not enough access to INDIVIDUAL water for timid and shy dogs.

I was so nervous to leave my beautiful girl in the care of someone else, but Pupstars were awesome, reassured me and my fur baby. They even gave us a cute calandar with a picture of my girl when we picked her up!

These guys skill to look after your fur babies are highly recommended! Our puppy always love getting loved on by all staff.
