Booked an appointment for 0900 hours today - arrived at 0855 waited until 0910 and as I was leaving my 'masseur' came in in jeans carrying groceries from Coles - do you want a massage? Yes I did I had booked in for 0900 - give me 10 minutes and I ready she said - needless to say I didn't wait - so incredibly unprofessional and very poor communication - won't be going back

Best massage ever! The staff were lovely and the reflexology was amazing. It was a shame to fall asleep!

Don’t bother! Went in just before midday and the sign said “next appointment 1pm”, so I waited an hour. Person came out, took down the sign and said “sorry, next appointment at 1:30 now. I explained I’d already waited an hour. The person was not interested in helping me at all. Save your money and go to the night market where at least they’ll try and fit you in.

Wish I could give zero stars. These people shouldBe shut down, they aren’t trained therapists and can’t communicate. They caused injury to my husband and offered to do more massage. Wouldn’t refund money paid up front. I’ll never do Chinese massage and never pay up front again!

Paid for a full body 60 minute massage. She only massaged my back neck and back of my legs. (Which was average at best)No arms, no head, no turning over to do the front side.She told me they dont do arms anymore because of covid" and we need to ask them to include arms before the massage....????Strange

My wife and I had a massage by Nim and it was fantastic! Very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Can't recommend her enough. We were on holidays and came back twice. Thankyou very much Nim and all the best for the future.

This is the worst massage I have ever had. Beginning with ambiance, or lack there of. There was no calming music to dull out the ticking clocks and pop music from the shop next door. The room was cold and the massage therapist" made no effort to warm her hands or the oil which dribbled over my back. These points could be ignored was it not for the actual massage itself.
