I highly recommend this self defence program. Since attending the classes, my children have become confident with how to protect and defend themselves with the moves that James has shown them. It is a warm and welcoming environment with so much to learn.

I was really impressed on the first day I met James. He is very passionate on what he teaches and his instructions are clear and concise for any person on any level of experience. I can not tell you how much I enjoy coming to class each week. I have been feeling more confident after each session as my knowledge increases from his teaching. I would highly recommend this class to everyone.
